Everyone alive is "busy." We're busy too. That is why you have to make time. You have to make time for your health, wellness, and quality of life. Book an appointment with yourself (whether it be to read this blog, exercise, or add a healthy habit to your day). Because only consistent, daily action creates change.
Time does not just appear and will disappear quicker than the last donut in the office conference room on a Monday. Create, design, grab, and ruthlessly defend the time for you to become a healthier, better version of yourself bit by bit.
Alright, now take our your calendar and mark out a bit of time daily, weekly, monthly, and annually where you will catch the "gainz train" and let's all become fitter, healthier, and happier version of ourselves together.
